Yes, I’m that foolish person who whips out their phone to document that Insta-perfect cocktail and yes I have more social media profiles than hot dinners – Steller anyone? But I also have an in-depth understanding of how social insight can drive brand value and how effective storytelling for any business can deliver return on investment.
