We are looking for an ambitious Paid Media Account Executive. Here at Anicca Digital our Paid Media team are passionate about what they do and strive to drive exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for someone that shares the same passion.

You will join our award-winning team in a hybrid capacity, with in office time based in our office in Leicester. You will be required to attend the office twice per week during the first month, but are also welcome to work from the office whenever wanted or needed.


The Role

The Paid Media Account Executive will work in support of the account managers and strategist to achieve smooth and efficient delivery of our clients’ PPC and Paid Social Media campaigns. Accuracy is important for us, and as a result you will have a keen eye for detail.

The role is all about the hands on delivery of client campaigns. You will support in the ideation, set up, management and reporting for each of your allocated clients. You will work across B2B and B2C clients delivering lead generation, awareness and eCommerce campaigns.


We are looking for someone with 1 years experience delivering campaigns in:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads

As part of the Paid Media team you will also collaborate with our Creative, SEO, Content, Digital PR teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns for our clients.



  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of a portfolio of clients under the watch and support of an account manager or strategist.
  • You will help to plan, implement and deliver campaigns across paid media channels, including the creation of detailed campaign plans
  • You will gain experience in platform tracking capabilities within each of the platforms
  • You wi
  • It will be your responsibility to optimise client accounts on a day-to-day basis to deliver on those clients objectives and KPIs
  • You will be proactive in suggesting new ideas for your portfolio of clients.
  • You will liaise with and report to clients on their campaign’s performance against their KPIs, as well as the management of their budgets
  • You’ll stay on top of new features and trends within paid media to ensure you are driving cutting edge campaigns for your clients
  • As part of the role thought-leadership is expected and time to time you will be asked to support in our blog and webinar program



  • You will have 1 years experience delivering paid media campaigns either in-house or agency based
  • You will be able to show a proven track record for client success and account improvements across channels
  • You will have a foundational understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • You will be able to monitor and track budgets 
  • You will be able to track KPIs and assess performance and identify areas for tweaking to further results
  • You will be have excellent verbal and written English in order to develop effective copy for ads
  • You will be a clear and confident communicator, with experience in developing and presenting strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders
