Paid media involves purchasing advertising space on platforms like search engines, social media, and websites to promote your business. It can increase brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and boost conversions by reaching potential customers where they spend time online.

We manage campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Amazon and more. Our team tailors strategies to each platform to effectively reach your target audience. We are also accredited partners with several of these platforms, an accolade only achieved with managing a minimum number of accounts/ad spend, and to the standard set by each platform.

We begin with a comprehensive analysis of your business goals, target audience, and current marketing efforts. This informs a customised strategy that selects the most effective platforms and ad formats to achieve your objectives.

We utilise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Regular reporting and analysis ensure campaigns are meeting objectives and provide insights for optimisation. We also need input from you, to understand the profit margins and stock availability of individual products, or for lead generation campaigns; we need feedback on the quality of the leads generated and how whether they converted to a sale.

We work within your budget to maximise ROI, allocating spend strategically across platforms and adjusting as needed based on performance data and campaign goals. However, we do recommend a minimum budget of at least £2k per channel per month for smaller campaigns, and recommend that budgets are calculated on the basis of the estimated Cost per acquisition (CPA) multiplied by the number of sales or leads you require. With ecommerce sites, especially using automated bidding (such as Performance Max campaigns), it may not be possible to scale the campaigns without some loss in ROAS.
Our management fee is based on the amount o work required to manage your campaigns and starts at £2k per month per channel. This means that you can increase your spend by up to an extra 50%, before we need to increase our management fee, and usually this is only required, if you have requested a lot of extra campaigns or new channels to be set-up and managed.

If your average order value, website conversion rate or budget are too low, then we may not be able to support you.
