In 2023 Anicca assisted a well-established property services company offering a range of surveying, valuation, and property management solutions. With a strong presence in the UK market, the company sought to expand its reach and strengthen its online presence, particularly in its valuation and surveyor services. Our SEO team rose to the challenge and set out a tailored SEO strategy to help them achieve these goals.

- Keyword Research & Optimisation: In-depth keyphrase research was performed to identify gaps in the companies existing strategy. Core surveying services were optimised to align with high-value search terms.
- Local Search Strategy: A targeted local SEO strategy was implemented to improve visibility for local surveyor landing pages. This included location-based keyword enhancements and structured data optimisation.

Our SEO team began the project by completing typical SEO tasks focused around finding new opportunities for improved rankings and traffic growth. We identified key pages within the surveying section of the website and optimsed them with relevant content.
An initial technical audit also identified some key issues with the website which were explained and resolved throughout the project, including fixes to broken links and meta tags. This was combined with Microsoft Clarity installation to assess how users are interacting with the website and page structure changes.
We also decided that the current local SEO strategy was not targeting the right areas. After another round of keyword research and testing on select local landing pages, we changed the strategy to target more specific areas which resulted in vastly improved rankings and increased traffic landing on local landing pages.
