Finding insights through SEO reporting

Successful campaigns rely on data and we use this data in a multitude of ways to not only measure success but find opportunities. We use a combination of producing regular SEO reports for clients through automated data studio dashboards, and we perform data analysis directly within reporting tools throughout the month.


All of our campaigns start with setting targets and KPIs, in most cases during or immediately after the business development process. 


Once we define these KPIs we will then set up the reports in a way to report them easily for you, followed by analysis on the performance and the resulting actions to make further improvements.


We realise everyone has stakeholders to report to, we do too! So, we want to make reporting easy for you by presenting key information right at the start (KPIs) so that you can simply take our export or edit the live report by changing a date range, then sending it onto your stakeholders.  


We will sit down and discuss conversion points, KPI’s and stakeholders to serve so that we can create a menaningful report.


We will generate your report and request feedback from yourself to ensure we’re reporting on the data that is important to you.


We will schedule regular reporting discussions to discuss progression, what is working and what we can do to continue improvement.


Using the data from the report we’ll be able to evolve your campaign and focus on making changes that result in increased visibility.

What you can expect from Anicca

We like to make the most of your campaign time and budgets using automation (to pull your data with APIs) and using our years of experience to get to the rot of any issues or opportunities we identify.

You can expect the following process for our regular reporting:


  • Consult with you on conversion points, KPIs and stakeholders to serve
  • Produce a draft report and agree on it
  • Agree on a frequency to report and call
  • We discuss results, suggested actions and schedule in additional tasks
  • We store local versions of your past reports and give you the option of setting up a dynamic report, where you always have a link to it


In addition to this reporting, we will perform ad-hoc reporting, but most of the time wont need to send you the results unless we discover an opportunity or issue to illustrated and resolve.


Our analytics team are a separate department who will produce SEO reports or bespoke reports according to your specific needs bringing their own set of analytical skills to your SEO and other channel reports.
