Case Studies

HeroConf is the name of the conference of the famous blog PPC Hero. PPC Hero is actually run by the American based pay per click agency Hanapin. Their first conference was in 2012 and they have held this in various locations in the USA. In 2014 I was lucky enough to attend and speak at the Austin event and in 2015 they are also holding an event in London. As an AdWords geek I loved the USA event I attended as it was quite advanced and very specific. Also a lot of the new AdWords features are launched in the USA 6 months in advance of the UK, so it allowed a sneak preview of what was coming soon to the UK.The format is a 2-day event with some keynotes and workshops in 3 separate streams. They also hold a third day with additional workshops. Like some of the other conferences organised by USA companies, the event is not cheap at £900+VAT for 2 days. So it is best to book early and get an early bird discount.
