Our audits assess your current marketing performance, including website analytics, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement. These insights, combined with competitor benchmarking, help us identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. We offer a mix of “complimentary discovery” and more detailed paid audits for different channels. In most cases, we require access to your Analytics and Search Console accounts, as well as any ad accounts that are being reviewed.

These two books, authored by Anicca founder Ann Stanley, underpin our approach to integrated marketing. They serve as a guide for implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that combines traditional and digital techniques to maximise impact. The A10 Marketing Framework also offers a 10-step process for developing your own plan.

We use Similarweb, a specialist software tool, to carry out our competitor analysis. We will provide data on the amount, source and trends of traffic going to your site vs four of your competitors, and a larger group of 20-50 brands within your sector. This helps us to understand whether your sector is growing, the major players, your market share and to identify areas where your business can stand out and capitalise on untapped opportunities.

Strategy Cards are part of our structured planning tools, outlined in our Integrate book, which are used to prioritise and organise marketing activities, according to the business and campaign objectives. They ensure that every action aligns with your strategic objectives and delivers measurable outcomes.

We offer detailed reporting services, from custom dashboards to monthly insights, to track campaign performance. This data informs strategy adjustments, ensuring your marketing efforts stay effective and ROI-focused.

In addition to our normal account management and monthly meetings, we want to ensure that you receive additional strategy support throughout the project.

After the initial set-up and testing phase, (4-months), most of our projects then transfer to a rolling contract with a 3-month notice period. This allows us to run quarterly strategy and planning sessions, where we can agree future objectives, strategies, tactics and campaigns. These meetings can be held at your office or ours. In addition, we will organise for at least one of our directors to meet with you once or twice a year* to discuss your overall business objectives and how we can help you grow.
