Benefits of Working with Anicca

  • Our MD Ann Stanley has worked in the industry since 2002 and founded Anicca in 2007
  • We are one of the biggest Google Partners in the Midlands and in the top 15 AdWords agencies in the country
    • We have a team of 20 at our office in Leicester, with a range of specialisations and expertise
    • The technical staff and account managers are Google trained and accredited
    • You will also have a Google accredited account manager that will be your main point of contact (this is in addition to the technical team working on your account)
  • We work with a range of clients big and small across many sectors – this gives us a diverse understanding of the needs of most businesses
    • Some of our largest clients are household names like Experian and Marstons Classic Ales, but also less well known global B2B businesses like PhysioMed or TMF
    • We also work with a range of ecommerce-only companies such as Boards Direct and Buy Direct 4U
    • We can help with lead generation for very technical B2B businesses such as Pharmaceutical or international consultancies, as well as having extensive ecommerce marketing experience and B2C.
  • If you are a small or local company with a monthly budget of less than £1000, then you will need to complete a fact-finding form in order to determine which of our “Petite Packages” would meet your needs
  • Established businesses that require our fully managed service will be offered a free technical audit (this includes the performance of  your website, Analytics, SEO status, and if applicable AdWords and any other marketing channels)
  • We will present the findings of the audit in an initial 2-hour free consultation  – this will allow us to discuss various options and packages that you might want to undertake
  • We have a range of “Petite” packages for small or local businesses that have a budget of less than £1000/month
  • Our fully managed packages normally consist of a minimum of 2 days to setup your marketing channel(s), followed by an ongoing project to manage the channel(s).
  • Alternatively clients can take a “Combi” project, where they pay us a monthly retainer for a set number of days per month, however the combination of channels and services undertaken is completely flexible and is based on a 3-month plan (which is reviewed and if required modified every quarter)
  • You own all the accounts and the work we do on your behalf  (fully managed packages)
  • We explain everything in easy to understand language and won’t bombard you with industry jargon
  • We want you to have the best overview of what is happening on your site, so we provide comprehensive monthly reports from each channel and and an overview of your digital marketing performance using Google Analytics

We want you to feel that our service is good value for money and that you are getting a great return on your investment.

  • Our focus is to ensure that the work that we do for you generates a good ROI so we concentrate on producing leads and sales, rather than just search engine positions or traffic to your site
  • We try to provide ongoing expertise and can help train your in-house team, so we become your digital marketing partner or we become an extension of your team
  • Our fees are based on time rather than a percentage of client ad spend, so there is no conflict of interest

We have a whole host of tools available to use as part of your campaign, including but not limited to:

  • SEO – Ahrefs, Link Detox, Moz, SEO Monitor, Screaming Frog
  • Paid Media – in-house reporting tool, call tracking (Response Tap), Feed Optimise
  • PR – Cision, CIPR, Response Source

Digital agencies have to evolve and change rapidly to keep up with the pace of change in the industry, so we have continued to develop a range of new products and services to keep pace with this change.  This includes:

  • The addition of PR and social marketing to supplement and support our traditional search marketing services.
  • We have also had to provide a range of technical support service to help clients implement the necessary tracking and recommendation from our technical SEO audit
  • For ecommerce sites we can help create and optimise product feeds for use across an increasingly broad range of channels, including shopping comparison engines, affiliate marketing, marketplaces and social selling (Shopping ads and buy buttons)
  • We have also continued to develop our training courses, including the development of an online learning platform.
