Cradle to Grave consultancy and project management

Your project will start with an initial discovery phase where our consultants and technical team will carry out a range of audits on your site:

  • to understand your objectives and your audiences
  • to benchmark the current performance of your site
  • to determine the effectiveness of your marketing across all the relevant channels
  • to identify additional opportunities for income generation and increased customer lifetime value.

Your lead consultant/project manager will then present our findings and recommendations during a practical workshop(s) with your team. This will also include plans on improving the technical aspects of your site and how to implement the agreed marketing strategy.

You can then opt to carry out the strategy yourself or we can work with you on a monthly retainer to implement and manage the marketing strategy on your behalf. Your project manager will be there right from the start by providing ongoing client communications and to ensure that the technical teams meet your targets and KPI.

  • Once your enquiry has been qualified we can conduct a free technical audit (this includes the performance of  your website, Analytics, SEO status, and if applicable AdWords and any other marketing channels)
  • We will present the findings of the audit in an initial 2-hour free consultation  – this will allow us to discuss various options and packages that you might want to undertake 
  • Our fully managed packages normally consist of a minimum of 2 days to set up your marketing channel(s), followed by an ongoing project to manage the channel(s).
  • Alternatively clients can take a “Combi” project, where they pay us a monthly retainer for a set number of days per month, however the combination of channels and services undertaken is completely flexible and is based on a 3-month plan (which is reviewed and if required modified every quarter) 
  • You own all the accounts and the work we do on your behalf  (fully managed packages)
  • We explain everything in easy to understand language and won’t bombard you with industry jargon
  • We want you to have the best overview of what is happening on your site, so we provide comprehensive monthly reports from each channel and and an overview of your digital marketing performance using Google Analytics 

We want you to feel that our service is good value for money and that you are getting a great return on your investment.

  • Our focus is to ensure that the work that we do for you generates a good ROI so we concentrate on producing leads and sales, rather than just search engine positions or traffic to your site
