About Angie
Angie built her career the practical way, working up from office junior through buying roles at Next Directory to six years as Head of Web Operations at digital agency Creare. She joined Anicca as Head of Client Services in 2016, joined the board as a Director in 2017 with responsibility for learning and development, HR and organisational design, and is now Client Relationship Manager.
Angie is CIPD qualified and heads up Anicca Academy, the agency’s training division, which has taken around 1,000 learners through grant-funded digital skills bootcamps. She personally coaches learners on CVs and interviews to help them land their first roles in digital marketing.
Angie also drives the agency’s employee engagement and development initiatives, and built its apprenticeship programmes and commercial bootcamps. She believes in the phrase ‘work hard, play hard’, and finds her relaxation in flower arranging.
