Amy Hayward-Paine has worked in communications for over 20 years, cutting her teeth in well-known PR agencies in London after graduating from Exeter University. She has extensive experience working for high profile brands, including Nivea and Waitrose, where she was the Corporate Communications Manager. 

Amy returned to the East Midlands to join FTSE 250 business RS Components to head its UK PR team, before moving into digital where she led the Global Social Media team. 

She now lives in rural Leicestershire with her family, where she enjoys getting outside with her young daughter and going on long walks in the countryside with her dog.
