We were delighted to be recognised by the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce in the Excellence in Customer Service category at their annual awards on Friday 21st September 2018.
This award means a lot to us – as a service business, our relationships with our clients are everything. Without them, we have no business, literally. So when our hard work is recognised, it means a great deal.
However, this didn’t happen by accident, or overnight. It is the result of a three-pronged, two-year strategy the aims of which were to:
- increase client retention rates
- increase the average monthly value of our clients
- bring in over 50% new revenue to the business through up and cross-selling
Suffice to say, we have seen considerable success. In an industry dominated by short-term project work, we are proud to say that over 50% of our clients have been with us for over two years, with 11% choosing to remain with us for over five years.
This can be attributed in part to our fantastic Client Services Team, which I am proud to say I lead, the members of which are dedicated to providing the best results, technical expertise and client experience for our customers.
We must also say a massive thank you to those loyal clients who have refused the inexorable pull of budget savings to remain with us, and where possible have given us the opportunity to try new campaigns and tactics, building upon already established results.
We are proud of what we do. We genuinely love our clients – we treat them as members of our extended ‘Anicca Family’ sharing in their triumphs and failures, and achieving high levels of trust within clients that range from global organisations to regional SMEs.
